Knitted Mittens

As promised, here's foto's of the fingerless mittens I made.   I just love the color and the pattern is also an old favourite of mine.

 

 

 

 

Not an easy task to take a picture of both hands when your needing at least one hand to take the picture......  I'll have to find my tripot!!!!!

Well now that this is finished, I can start with my new project...jippy!!!

ps. The pattern used is from a booklet that acompanied a Simply Knitting magazine.

Such a long time.....

Such a long time since I have visited blog-land. So sorry for being silent for so long, it's been a very buzy time for me lately. First of all we went on holiday - which has been pure bliss -. Then it were back to school again. And as for now, I'm helping out at our church office for the time being.
But......back to business, crochet business!!!!!! jippy

Let me first show you the coasters I made (I so loved the pattern, I decided to make some for a friend of mine for her birthday......

I first made this white one (and 5 more of them the next day) and then I used cream cotton to make the set for my friend....

It can be used as a neckless or as a pretty little something for your lttle girls bedroom, the possibilitys are endless                                                                                                                                                   

Currently I'm knitting fingerless mittens which I'll show you tomorrow. Lovely day full of blessing and lots of wool for all of you.
